Things I Will Miss About Being Pregnant

-Getting to pick which restaurant we are going to! (Almost everytime)
-Awesome Food Cravings... Some of mine included: any flavor of juice, citrus fruits especially pineapples and oranges, meat, yogurt, Sobe's, the hospitals crushed ice, any flavor of lemonade, bean burritos, did I mention meat....
-Feeling the baby kick all the time, night, day, all the time... oh and his new favorite trick now he likes to jam his foot (I think it's his foot) between the outside layer of my skin and my rib cage... he jams his foot in there so tight it gets stuck and I have to push his foot out and ouch does it hurt....But still somehow I think I am going to miss this...
-TJ now where ever we go always says "this is my baby's mama" (like he is black?) p.s. it is way embarassing, but way funny to it always makes me laugh way hard.
-All of the way awesome detailed, specific, really real dreams.
-People always opening doors for you and helping you lift and carry stuff.
-Last but not least all of the awesome presents, love, and support we have gotten from everyone.... I love you all... and thanks....

Things I Won't Miss About Being Pregnant....

-Heartburn
-Weird looks and smiles from everyone...
-Gallbladder pain, and having to go on a gall bladder diet..
-Taking medicine (the list is long)like: iron pills, zantac, zofran, phenergan, nifedipine, prenatals, tums, miralax, etc...
-Throwing up, at work, at home, in the car, on the bathroom floor,in the toilet, in the shower, in a bag, in my sisiter-in-laws sink, in my sink.. basically anywhere and everywhere...
-Not being able to bend over
-Not being able to wear my wedding ring
-Not being able to move
-All of the preganacy restrictions..
-Having no energy
-Wanting to sleep all the time
-Taking mental notes of the location of the bathroom at every destination and location
-Wearing the same clothes over and over and over again.
-Not being able to sleep very good.
-Did I mention heartburn and alot of it...

Wow... I know you are thinking what a whiner.... hopefully the next list will make up for the complaints and length of this list...(:

Rick Springfield in Concert

I have been to alot of random concerts in my life but this would definetly have to be in the top five.... Rick Springfield... if you don't know who this is I will mention some of his hits.... "Jessie's Girl" or "Don't talk to Strangers" anyways it was basically 80's rock it was actually way better than I thought it would be.

If you have time visit youtube and watch the music video for Jessie's Girl... it's pretty funny.. I think that rick played the same guitar he played in that video that he did at the concert.

Anyways here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adaYUM5wl7c

Needless to say I spent the next day cleaning my house to awesome 80's rock songs and old artists that rock like Journey and Paula Abdul

speaking of if you are a girl and over the age of 20 you will not regret this got to youtube and watch this link of Paula Abdul's Song "Straight up" it pretty much rocks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iu4NcgQZucE

I remember making music videos and dancing to this song with my older sisters it was so much fun also I have to do a shout out to my Aunt Beckie because Paula Abdul totally reminds me of her... also it's not confirmed but I am pretty sure I saw the Brents Interiors truck pulling out of the parking lot at the concert... so unless someone borrowed there car Bruce and Beckie were at the concert.... anyways it was a fun concert.... Thanks Kim and Steve for thinking of us.....

Awesome New Running Stroller

So I am a lucky girl... The other day My mom and I were discussing what kind of stroller I wanted to get.
I have a good friend who I work with and who I run with a lot and she just got an awesome running stroller. She was able to get a used one from craigs list.... but she told me she found a used one at a bike store in Zion's. The other day I got off of work early and so I was going to try to drive to Zion and make it to this bike shop before they closed.
But super Mitzie, or mom beat me to it. I had told her about this awesome deal on a really nice (barely used) running stroller that my friend found at this place in Zion. I called her back to tell her that I was just going to drive to Zion and get it and she said that she had already bought it over the phone and that the bike shop was going to bring it to St. George on Monday.....
Needless to say my Mom is the best... She is always two steps ahead of you... if you mumble something under your breath it's on your front porch the next morning. So anyways this is a special post about the awesome stroller I got... that I am super excited about!!!! Also this post is about the super Mom that I am lucky to have!!

Sorry the picture doesn't do it justice when I get the real thing up and going I will post another blog with a better picture...It's getting dark outside so it will have to wait for another day.

California Trip March 2009

So yeah I haven't blogged in quite awhile and so I am going to put up a couple of new pictures and posts up.... A couple weeks ago we had the awesome opportunity to go to California with the Rogers side of the family.... It was so fun we stayed at my brother-in-laws beach house right on Laguna beach it was so fun. This was kinda of our one last trip with just Tj and I as Stout Junior will be here in a couple of weeks. It was fun to just relax, shop, sleep in, lay on the beach, soak up the sun, and basically have no schedule...

Tj's New Favorite Treat

So Tj is a baker. Tj makes Chocolate Chip Cookies better than anyone I know. In fact we have now been married for two years and I think that I have made cookies (homemade), maybe only once or twice since we have gotten married because he is so much better at it than me.
Anyways this blog is about a new favorite treat that Tj really likes, they are called Easy Oreo Truffles, we tried them a couple weeks ago at an open house. Tj just calls them his "balls." Yeah I know that doesn't sound very good. Um I am not going to type up the recipe but I am going to tell you how to find it. Just go to Google and type in Easy Oreo Truffles..... There are several variations on this recipe I think the one we use is the Kraft Version.... but I am sure they are all pretty comparable. Also the other thing we do is at the end most recipes have you dip the balls in melted chocolate but we just melt chocolate and sprinkle it over the balls.(This is way easier and not as messy.) I am also going to include some pictures of are last batch, but they are way better looking (and tasting) in real life.
